- We confirm the quote, vehicle and availability, then proceed with your booking.
- Driver details are shared the evening before departure, and the driver will contact you to confirm the pickup time and location.
Payment
No deposit required — book now, pay later.
- Pay cash to the driver, or PayNow to the company, by the end of the trip.
- If paying by PayNow, please send the receipt after transferring.
Additional stops and waiting time
- Additional pickup or drop-off point in Singapore: from SGD 10 per point. Additional points can usually be arranged — share the full itinerary when requesting a quote so it can be confirmed.
- Sightseeing or waiting service within Singapore is not offered on this route; additional points only.
- Waiting in Malaysia: from SGD 35 per hour for the Toyota Innova, and from SGD 40 per hour for the Alphard and Staria.
- Please tell us before confirming so we can allow enough time in the driver's schedule.

Child car seats
Child safety seats are available on request at SGD 10 / RM 35 per seat, subject to availability. Please request in advance and tell us the child's age so the right seat can be prepared.
If something happens on the road
If the vehicle develops a fault during your transfer, the driver contacts our operations team straight away and we will work with you on the next steps for the rest of the journey. You can also reach the booking team while you travel.
Changes and cancellation
Plans change — please let us know as early as you can, ideally 1–2 days before departure. Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the booking terms; any applicable charge will be confirmed with you before a change is made.

Do I need to arrange a VEP?
No. The vehicle used for your transfer is VEP-registered and the cost is included in your confirmed quote.
Can passengers stay in the vehicle at immigration?
Passengers generally clear the car lane from inside the vehicle, but officers may ask travellers to alight, present documents or open luggage. Keep your passport ready and follow the instructions given at each checkpoint.
Can I book a return trip from Ipoh back to Singapore?
Yes. A return booking for the Innova starts from SGD1,000 in total, which works out to SGD500 each way. Return dates and times are flexible — tell us when you book.
Can I add stops along the way?
Additional pickup or drop-off points in Singapore start from SGD 10 per point, and waiting time in Malaysia starts from SGD 35 per hour for the Innova and SGD 40 per hour for the Alphard and Staria. Share your full itinerary when requesting a quote so we can confirm what's possible and allow for it in the driver's schedule.
How early should I book?
