Child safety car seats are available with an additional charge of SGD10 / RM35. If required, please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Additional Pick-up / Drop-Off Point:
- Each additional pick-up or drop-off point costs an extra SGD 10.
- There is no limit to the number of extra points you can add.
- There is a waiting time of 1 hour each (Toyota Innova SGD 35 / Toyota Alphard & Hyundai Starex SGD 40).
Arrival Transfer (Changi Airport):
- We will not charge you for the first hour of waiting, depending on the scheduled pick-up time. Nevertheless, there will be additional charges after an hour of waiting:
i. Toyota Innova SGD 35
ii. Toyota Alphard & Hyundai Starex SGD 40.

Departure Transfer / Point-to-Point Transfer:
There are no extra charges for fuel surcharges, parking fees, or additional booking charges.
What the Confirmed Transfer Covers
The confirmed quotation includes the driver, fuel, tolls and the related road or VEP costs for the booked transfer. Passengers do not need to arrange or handle these vehicle-related charges separately.
Additional Stops and Waiting Requests
An additional pickup or drop-off point in Singapore costs SGD10 per point. Singapore tour or sightseeing waiting service is not provided.
For waiting in Malaysia, the charge is SGD35 per hour for a Toyota Innova and SGD40 per hour for a Toyota Alphard.
Tell the team about every additional stop or Malaysia waiting request before the booking is confirmed so sufficient driver time can be arranged.
If the Vehicle Breaks Down
If the assigned vehicle breaks down during the service, the team will coordinate the next steps and arrange a replacement vehicle. The replacement process depends on the vehicle’s location and availability at that time, so it should not be described as immediate or assigned a guaranteed response time.
