Checkpoint and Journey Time
Which checkpoint? There are two land crossings between Singapore and Malaysia: the Woodlands Checkpoint (Causeway) and the Tuas Checkpoint (Second Link). We use Woodlands or Tuas, whichever is faster on the day.
How long? Allow about 3–4 hours door to door, depending mostly on checkpoint queues. Tell us your hotel check-in time and we will plan your departure.
At immigration: You normally stay in the car through both checkpoints — just have everyone's passports ready to hand to the officer at the immigration booth. The checkpoint entry fee and tolls are already in your fare.
Where We Pick You Up in Singapore
We pick you up anywhere in Singapore — your home, condo or HDB block, your hotel lobby, or the arrival hall at Changi Airport — and drive you straight to your address in Melaka. If your group is starting from two places in Singapore, we can stop at both; each extra pickup or drop-off point in Singapore is SGD10. For Changi pickups, give us your flight number when you book so we can follow your arrival. The first hour of waiting at Changi Airport is free, and your driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp when you land.
