At the Checkpoints
You normally stay in the car through both checkpoints — just have everyone's passports ready to hand to the officer at the immigration booth. We use Woodlands or Tuas, whichever is faster on the day.
Cross-border taxis can only drop off in Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Forest City, Kulai and Senai; for anywhere else, a private car drives the whole way.

Which route is the shortest drive?
Johor Bahru, Greater JB and LEGOLAND Malaysia are about 1–2 hours door to door, depending mostly on checkpoint queues, from SGD100 one-way for a Toyota Innova.
Which routes include a free meal stop?
Trips to Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands, Ipoh and Cameron Highlands include one free meal stop each way. Toilet stops are free and usually no problem — just ask the driver.
Is Mersing jetty the same as Tanjung Gemok jetty?
No. Mersing jetty is in Mersing town, about 3–4 hours from Singapore, from SGD220 one-way. Tanjung Gemok jetty, used for Tioman ferries, is about 3.5–4.5 hours, from SGD240 one-way. Check which jetty your ferry leaves from before you book.
Is a return trip cheaper than two one-way trips?
Yes. Each route page shows the return fare for each vehicle, which is lower than two one-way trips.
Can you pick us up at Changi Airport?
Yes. Changi Airport to Greater Johor Bahru, including LEGOLAND Malaysia, is the same price as Greater JB. The first hour of waiting at Changi Airport is free. See our airport transfer rates for KLIA and Senai.
Do we need to get out of the car at the checkpoints?

How do I book and pay?
Send us your details by WhatsApp or the booking form. Book at least 1 day ahead if you can; the latest we can take a booking is 1 hour before pickup. Book now, pay later — pay the driver in cash, or pay by PayNow at the end of the trip. No deposit. We send your driver's details on the evening before your trip.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
For rescheduling, kindly notify our team 1–2 days in advance. To cancel your booking, please inform us at least 1–2 days in advance. Free cancellation if you tell us at least 1–2 days before pickup.
