Singapore → KLIA, Johor Bahru → Changi and Senai Airport → Singapore cross the border. We use Woodlands or Tuas, whichever is faster on the day. You normally stay in the car through both checkpoints — just have everyone's passports ready to hand to the officer at the immigration booth.
Senai Airport → KLIA stays inside Malaysia, so there is no checkpoint on that route.
