Keep in mind, this train checkpoint is different from the Woodlands CIQ Checkpoint – don’t mix them up! You can purchase tickets over the counter or online at the Shuttle Tebrau website.

Booking train tickets online in advance is the best option as the tickets sell out fast during peak hours. Online rates are RM5 per trip; If you buy at the counter, the Singapore to JB route costs S$5. Get ready with your passport details when booking a ticket. Since your passport is now a necessary link for your bookings.

Note that ticket sales at the counter close 15 minutes before the train departs. Gates open 30 minutes before each departure and close 10 minutes before departure. So, get there early to avoid missing your train!
