Used to be called as ‘Chang An Village’ made up of population mostly from Hakka community, this small village is located at the north of Kulai. It is then referred to Kampung Kelapa Sawit due to the palm oil plantation nearby, where the local villagers depended on for their early days’ livelihood.
Started during year 2014, when Kelapa Sawit Javert organized an event named ‘Let’s Art at Sawit’ as a pre-event before National Day celebration in Johor, this event eventually attracted the interests of painters and local villagers to contribute their creativity in the mural arts.
With the supervision and also guidance form the experienced painters, the local villagers had successfully painted an amount of 30 wall murals with the theme ‘Hakka Culture’ voluntarily.

3. Gunung Pulai
