3.Yi Ping Xiang (一品湘湖南香菜馆)

Yi Ping Xiang in Taman Perling Johor Bahru is another place to go if you’re craving for Sichuan cuisine.

4.Chuan & Xiang Village (川湘部落)

Chuang & Xiang Village located in Taman Mount Austin is another to-go place if you are looking for tasty and spicy Chinese cuisine. Chuang & Xiang Village offer their customer with the combination of Sichuan cuisine and Hunan cuisine in different level of spiciness chosen by customer upon ordering.

Duck and duck neck is the selling point of Chuang & Xiang Village. A whole duck costs only RM35 and RM18 for a half. Chuan & Xiang Village’s Sichuan Hot and Spicy Duck Neck is highly recommended. This part of meat is tender and lean, as ducks usually move their necks around.

5. Lao Xiang Hao (老湘好)

Lao Xiang Hao is another Sichuan cuisine restaurant that serves customer with hot and spicy dishes that stimulate the taster buds! They currently have a promotion of their signature dishes Hot and Spicy Crabs with only RM78.

6.Xiang La La Mala Hotpot (香辣辣麻辣香锅)

Xiang La La Mala Hotpot must in your must-go list if you’re a Chinese cuisine lover. This restaurant which is always crowded with customers during peak or non-peak hours, have at least 4 branches all over the state and other state.

7.Yu Xiang Shi Fu (渝香食府)

Yu Xiang Shi Fu is a huge Chinese cuisine restaurant located in Taman Nusa Bestari, which serve their customers with Chinese dishes, steamboat and grill. First and second floor is for serving Sichuan dishes, the third floor is serving steamboat and the 4th floor is serving grill dishes.

One of the selling point for this restaurant is their self-serving steamboat. With the unlimited supply of fresh meat, fresh vegetables and seafood supply for steamboat, and unlimited supply of drinks and varieties of special sauces, their steamboat is only costs around RM50-60 per person for single soup base, and around RM60-70 per person for double soup base.

One signature dish of Yu Xiang Shi Fu would be the Numbing Spicy Beef Cubes with Sichuan Peppercorn(魔鬼椒王牛肉粒). This beef cuisine of theirs is prepared with real Sichuan peppercorns and lots of dried chilies, but it doesn’t affect the taste of the diced beef cubes. These diced beef cubes are really tender and you even can taste the meat juice of it in every bite.

8.Da Tang Shi Fu (大唐食府)

Da Tang Shi Fu located in Bandar Baru Permas Jaya is another destination for all the foodies who are looking for tasty Chinese cuisine.
