  1. Petronas Twin Towers

The twin towers were once the tallest buildings in the world. Today it is the tallest twin structure in the world. It is designed by Cesar Pelli & Associates. It is 88 stories high. The two towers are located on the 41st and 42nd floors. The observation deck at the Petronas Twin Towers is on the 86th floor, where visitors can see a close-up view of the tower’s spire and digital displays and an exhibition of the history of the tower.

Petronas Twin Peaks’s double-deck flyover is one of its main attractions because it offers stunning views of the city. 2. Menara KL Tower

The observation deck of Menara KL is 276 meters high, at least 100 meters higher than the overpass of Petronas Twin Peaks Tower; during the day, you can enjoy the entire view of the sparkling city center, and even better at night.

3. Chinatown Kuala Lumpur

Chinatown is also a famous bargaining paradise, where you can find everything from Chinese herbs to imitations. At night, its main market area, Petaling Street, turned into a vibrant night market, with hundreds of stalls everywhere, selling various goods at low prices.

4. Batu Caves

Batu Caves is one of the most frequently seen tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur. It is a limestone mountain consisting of three main caves and some smaller caves. This 100-year-old temple is located about 11 kilometers north of Kuala Lumpur and is characterized by idols and statues standing in and around the main cave.

It is said that there are limestone formations inside, with a history of 400 million years, it is regarded as an important religious landmark by Hindus. Batu Caves is the focal point of the annual Thaipusam Hindu festival, attracting thousands of devotees and tourists.

5. Sultan Abdul Samad Building

The Sultan Abdul Samad Building is one of the earliest Moorish buildings in Kuala Lumpur. It is located to the east of Dataran Merdeka and the Royal Selangor Club, and opposite Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin. It was built in 1897 and was named after the then Selangor Sultan.

This famous landmark was originally the Secretariat of the British Colonial Government. Designed by AC Norman, the architect of the Jamek Mosque, this historic building used to be the residence of the High Court of Malaysia: Before moving to Putrajaya.

6. Sunway Lagoon Theme Park

7. Jalan Alor at Bukit Bintang

Jalan Alor has many hawker stalls and seafood restaurants, making it one of the most famous food trails in Kuala Lumpur. Nestled behind Jalan Bukit Bintang and a short walk from Changkat Bukit Bintang, it is the most popular nightclub gathering place in the Golden Triangle area.

8. Aquaria KLCC

The Aquaria KLCC, located in the lobby of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, is considered one of the largest aquariums in Southeast Asia. It is home to more than 150 species of marine life, and its star attractions include terrible tiger sharks, deadly sea snakes, blue light, bright coral fish, seahorses and more.

This is a well-stocked aquarium and it is waiting to be explored. After a few hours, you will see more than 5,000 freshwater and marine life here, including giant anchovies, giant groupers, fish and more. A highlight of Aquaria KLCC is a huge tank (with real wreckage of the shipwreck)-a 90m transit tunnel with a moving walkway in the middle.

At Level 2, you will travel through the Amazon flooded forest, where there are oversized arapaimas, red-tailed catfish, and many other animals; next, head to the coast to admire archerfish, horse, and more. Later, the deep-sea inhabitants of the marine aquarium, such as octopuses and huge speckled fantail rays, were greatly appreciated. What’s more, you can fish on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday in the 2.5 million liter aquarium.

9. Central Market Kuala Lumpur

Central Market is one of Kuala Lumpur’s most famous landmarks and a popular tourist destination. Built in 1928, it is a short walk to Petaling Street in Jalan Hang Kasturi. Also known as Pasar Seni, it used to be a simple wet market but was converted into a handicraft store in the early 1980s.

10. Perdana Botanical Garden

Perdana Botanical Garden in Tun Abdul Razak Heritage Park has the most gardens and animal parks in Kuala Lumpur city center.
