This is an air conditioned cafe named after the fertile bamboo. This is also a Putuo Village Vegetarian Restaurant. Following the rainbow color path, there is the walking path towards Fat Bamboo Cafe and Temple. You can also go directly to the coffee shop from the corridor of the prayer wheel after worshiping the statue.

The Fat Bamboo Cafe in the village is completely different from the cafe in the city. So I recommend you stop by to enjoy the relaxing for tea time in the bamboo forest. It’s enjoyable and peaceful! The theme atmosphere of Fat Bamboo Cafe is based on bamboo forest, even the tables and chairs are made of bamboo.

Amitabha Foundation Elder Home (Putuo Village)
You might not imagine that, there is a nursing home is situated in this fantastic wonderland- Amitabha Foundation Elder Home. It surrounded by lush greenery and gardens, it completely creates the perfect ambience for our loved one.
It was founded by Amitabha Malaysia, they are upholding with a motto of ‘Help the Needy’ over 20 years. They give their hand and loves regardless religion, nationality and race. They spread their love worldwide, and they constantly expanding.
Nursing home may bring a stereotype, it is a shelter for the vulnerable and abandoned elderly. But, they went out of their best to repair and renovations. It has now become a “sweet home”.
